we had a pleasant experience at the bluewaters. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. we especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included a decent buffet selection. the location was also convenient, close enough to attractions yet in a quieter area, allowing for lovely walks along the promenade.
No complaints 😊.

Gorgeous affordable hotel with obliging staff members who to be fair did send a chambermaid to rectify. Updated & budget rooms with bedroom, a 4 poster bed and furious game. The restaurant was great, for breakfast.

Comfortable Stay With Friendly Service
Staying here was a pleasant surprise! The staff went out of their way to help with my granddaughter while I unloaded the car. The pool was clean, and the atmosphere was warm.

The hotel has a relaxed and comforting vibe, almost homelike. Staff where extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was all round very pleasant to stay in. Would recommend and definitely stay again.
Only one small thing I didn't like during my stay was that between 10am - 10:30am the made came in unannounced even though we had the bedroom door locked, we where dressed and ready to leave, so all embarrassment was spared. Other than that, hotel was excellent.

The rooms were spotless for a downstairs bedroom when booked. The location was unbeatable, opposite the beach, in the very very nice area. We stayed for 2 nights here, loved North Shore district.

Review: The location was quite convenient with easy access to trams, making it simple to explore local attractions. While the kids enjoyed the pool, some room details felt outdated, and I faced a challenge with parking on arrival. a decent stay with friendly staff. , rating: 6, date of stay: 2024-07-15}

It is reasonable for the package deal. Rooms are adequate and staff helpful
the check in and out times are very limited as are the breakfast times. However, staff are willing to be flexible if asked especially.

The staff were excellent! The rooms are basic but comfortable.
We stayed at the hotel during a brief heat wave and the rooms were very hot, despite opened windows. Several guests asked if the hotel had their heating on!

I had a great deal for the money, and the room was spacious with comfortable bedding.
Menu for breakfast could use more variety and options.

not much to say really, it was a place to sleep!
The hotel isnt anything like the pictures on the website, it is quite run down and dated, the room we were in was out the back and very dark and dingy, it needs a complete make over. It was quite dirty too, although to be fair the cleaners do come in every morning. Also the breakfast slot for having breakfast doesnt give you much leeway, 8.30-9.30 and it doesnt seem very organised, the staff take one order from a table and then go in to the kitchen, instead of taking a few orders at a time, but the food was quite good and the staff pleasant.

The receptionist was very helpful when we arrived. The only negative we had was we where on the ground floor with our door next to the gents wc. Also there was someone in the room next to us who felt the need to have their telly on extra loud, I could have our tv on mute and listen to theirs very easily. They didnt switch it off until midnight, when the music downstairs had finished. Great stay just would have liked for the first floor.
